USF Offers New Graduate Certificates
Tampa (Sept. 7, 2007)
---USF faculty have developed eleven new Graduate
Certificates, which are available to students in the 2007-2008 academic
year, nine of which are health related.
Health Care Risk Management and Patient Safety, Behavioral Health Counseling
and Hearing Specialist: Early Intervention are offered through the College
of Arts and Sciences. Biostatistics and Maternal and Child Health are
offered through the College of Public Health and Health Sciences, Medicine
and Gender and Medical Biochemistry, Microbiology and Immunology are offered
through the College of Medicine.
Also new to USF's Graduate Certificate offerings this year are Mathematics
Education and Foreign Language Education: Professional. Both of these
certificates, offered by the College of Education, are for those who wish to
teach in Florida's public schools.
Health Sciences, Health Care Risk Management and Patient Safety and Hearing
Specialist: Early Intervention are all available fully online.
