Description:
Testing Services offers proctoring services for non USF students taking online or distance learning courses from other Colleges, Universities or testing agencies that require their exams be administered in a controlled environment.
Format and Delivery:
Distance learning exams may be administered as paper & pencil, Internet, or secure browser based exams, depending on the College or University sourcing the exam. Special requirements may be able to be provided given sufficient notice. These may include audio, zoom text, special software, etc.

Please contact the Distance Learning Test Administrator to discuss your specific needs and get detailed proctor information required by the College or University you attend. Contact USF Testing Services at (813) 974-4034.
Test and Fees:
The USF fee for proctoring a distance learning exam is based on the allowed test time of the exam. The allowed test time for most exams is from one to four hours. The fee for a one hour exam (DL1) is $35; a two hour exam (DL2) is $45; a three hour exam (DL3) is $55; and a four hour exam (DL4) is $65. You must pay for the test time allowed, not the time needed to complete the exam.
Retest Policies:
Subject to the specific requirements of each College or University.
Testing Schedule:
The Distance Learning testing schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The "allowed test time" of the exam must fit within our hours of operation. Contact USF Testing Services to schedule a day and time to take the test (813) 974-4034.
