Registration for USF Staff

This site serves USF departments registering staff for USF Professional and Workforce Development courses to be paid by departmental accounts. Employees who are registering and paying for their own courses should login directly using the Customer Login page. For details see How to Register. Register early! A late fee is applied if you register within five days of course start date.

Moffitt and Shriners' staff can register directly online, or by phone, fax or mail.

USF Staff Registration Directions

USF staff registrations may be paid by P-card or direct transfer from their department (authorized signature and FAST chartfields required).

Professional Training Program Schedule

To register, select a course from the appropriate schedule, then complete and download a registration form** and submit in one of the following ways:

Mail registration form** with payment information to USF Continuing Education Registration, 4202 E. Fowler Ave., NEC116, Tampa, FL 33620-6758.

Fax registration form** to 813-974-5732.

Register in person at USF Continuing Education, Northwest Education Complex NEC, Tampa (northwest corner of campus at Bruce B. Downs and Fletcher Ave), Mon.-Fri., 8:30am-4pm. USF staff must bring completed registration form with authorized signature.

Additional Information

 

Students should be proficient in introductory skills before moving on to our intermediate or advanced level courses.

 

**You can also call 813-974-2403 and we will fax or mail the form to you. Please provide your name, full address, phone, email, course title, course number and method of payment when registering.

 

Please register at least a week before class start date to avoid paying the late fee and to allow your confirmation materials and parking permit to be mailed in time. Your registration is not complete until we receive your registration with payment authorization. Your course confirmation will provide class location and other information. Fee includes textbook.

 

Call 813-974-2403 if you do not receive confirmation via campus mail within seven business days.

 

Withdrawal from a course more than five days prior to the class start date will be fully refunded. If withdrawing from a class within five days of the start date, the following fees apply: $35 for courses up to $500; $75 for courses over $500. Substitution authorized by the department is allowed. You may transfer to another course within the same term without penalty. No refunds after the course starts. In the event that circumstances cause you to withdraw or reschedule, please call 813-974-2403. The University reserves the right to cancel any program, in which case a full refund of fees is automatic.

 

Multiple Course Registrations: Please submit separate form for each course registration.

 

Contract Training: Fees listed are for individual staff registrations. If your department is interested in group training, please call 813-974-5731.
