How to Use this Site

We hope that our new and returning customers will find our web site easy to use and informative. Several features such as our Shopping Cart and new Navigation Menu Bar explained below should help you become familiar with our web site.

Features

On the top of each program page is a navigation bar with drop-down menu items
to make it easier to find what you're looking for:

Quick Links: This drop-down menu contains the information most frequently used by our customers: a list of courses starting during the current week, a list of all PWD and OLLI scheduled programs, publications, maps, and how to contact us. Clicking on the words "Continuing Education" in the banner will return you to the home page.

CE Departments: These links lead to information about our organization and the various departments within Continuing Education, as well as contact information for each department.

CE Programs/Services: This dropdown includes our major areas of programming professional development, computer training, conferences, personal enrichment, senior programs, etc. with links to more information about the programs offered within each category, details about sessions that have been scheduled, and registration.

News and Events: We highlight upcoming programs here, and you will find links to announcements, press releases, calendars, and publications.

Site Map: This is a quick guide to the site structure, with links to our primary pages.

Related Programs: This link is used primarily for programs managed by other divisions which have registration or other services provided by Continuing Education.

Enroll/Login: As a new or returning customer, you can create or update your own customer information file, which is called "My Profile" in the shopping cart area once you login. Once you have established your login ID (your email address) and password by filling out the required contact information, your customer profile is saved as "My Profile" and you can create or update your profile as needed whenever you login. In "My Profile" you can make changes to your contact information, request a publication, or subscribe to e-news. However, if you need to change your login email address, please call 813-974-2403, option 1. Instructions on how to register online can be found on the How to Register link.

Shopping Cart: This feature allows you to view your shopping cart content.
